About Sébastien Guizard

Presently post-doc at the Roslin Insitute, I'm working on genes and transcripts annotation with #ISOseq. I developed and maintain the #nf-core /isoseq pipeline.

I mainly use #R and the #tidyverse for my analysis, but I also program with #Python, #Perl, use #Nextflow for pipelines and use #fishshell for my terminals.
