Hi! I am an advisor to European University at St. Petersburg rector on digital transformation, HR and MOOC's issues. Since 2019, I have also been a Researcher at our Center for Institutional Analysis of Science & Education, consulting and conducting research on climate change sciences, higher education studies and geography of research funding. I am looking for any research-level or PhD position outside Russia, mainly in research governance, geography, scientometrics, or project management
